Compensation

There are no deductions for credit, LOS, processing, underwriting, etc.

The only thing, and you can choose, is if you want a dedicated LOA/Partner then you will cover a flat per file fee for the help which you can use any time file by file.

All employees are W2, we do not 1099.

There is no flat per-file fee paid to the company.

Need to switch to Borrower Paid (Yes, as a broker we can do that!) then it’s a simple 50/50 split with the house to make sure you’re covered in compliance!
