A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Ben Butler is an experienced banking and finance professional with a strong track record in lending and credit analysis. As a resident of Denison, Texas, Ben has dedicated his career to serving his community and helping local individuals and businesses thrive.
Ben’s foray into the banking industry began at American National Bank of Texas. Starting as a Credit Analyst, he was responsible for underwriting loan requests up to $30 million, analyzing data, and maintaining files. His talents were quickly recognized, and he advanced to the role of Commercial Lender/Community Banker. In this capacity, he managed commercial relationships worth $35 million, created new business opportunities, and led a team of 6+ in integrating new CRM technologies.
His success led him to his most recent role as Vice President – Lender at Heritage Land Bank, where he has managed loan relationships, overseen underwriting and closing Ag loans.
Ben is now excited to take on a new challenge as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Be My Neighbor Mortgage in Denison, TX. With his extensive background in banking and commitment to community investment, he is well-equipped to guide homebuyers through the mortgage process and help them achieve their homeownership dreams.
Ben’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in History from Howard Payne University.
