Steph moved to Florida in 2005 from Baltimore Maryland. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She started her career as a Mortgage Loan Processor in 2006. Over the past 16 years, she has gained extraordinary training and experience in the field. Her expertise in residential home mortgage programs ranges from government loans (like FHA, VA, USDA) to construction loans and conventional loans. Steph is fearlessly dedicated to helping you meet your goals and is committed to going the extra mile for you. She prides herself on the ability to advise you in a fast, friendly, and easy-to-understand manner. She always takes the time to listen to your individual needs and aims to exceed your every expectation. On her off days, Steph enjoys spending time with her two children, listening to podcasts, and binge watching crime thriller series.
